greenprint Print Greener

Here is a software that helps you save paper, ink, and money by eliminating unwanted pages from being printed. GreenPrint’s patent pending technology works by analyzing each page of the document that is sent to the printer and looks for the typical waste characteristics such as a URL, banner ad, logo, etc. I know I have this problem sometimes when you print some pages from a website or from your email and there will always be that extra last page that has like one line on it or just some banner or logo. This is why a lot of website articles and email programs have that “printable view” but of course not every website has it and most people probably forget to click it or even know about it. I am if the enterprise edition was installed in an office, there would be a paper reduction seen and there is also a function on GreenPrint that shows you how many pages you have saved using the software. I think the main question to consider is how long it takes to cover the cost of the software by the amount of paper and ink saved.

Features

  • Patent-pending technology highlights and removes unwanted pages
  • Print overview – easily decide what stays and what goes
  • PDF writer – Create PDFs with 1 click
  • Track pages and money saved (The average user saves $90 per year!)
